Booking/Cancellation Policy
- We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we ask for the following:
- 24-Hour Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no charge for cancellations made within this window. - Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours):
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price will apply. - No-Show:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged. We value your time and ours, and no-shows disrupt the experience for other clients. - Special Events or Group Bookings:
For group bookings or spa parties, we require 48-72 hours' notice for cancellations, depending on the size and nature of the reservation. A deposit is required for large group bookings.
